So happy that the three day weekend has finally begun. I plan to spend much of it at my sewing machine.  This morning I started on some flying geese blocks. They measure 3 1/2 x 2.

And when I get tired of making those blocks I can play with some of the other fabric I recently got.

The two stacks on the right are some of what I'm making the flying geese blocks from.  The stack on the left is for the back of the "I Am " quilt.
Needless to say , there is a lot of quilty fun in my future.  And some fence building too.  We'll try to get that done between rain showers.
